A Pokémon Center Japan special box

Pokémon Center Japan regularly releases special boxes and sets that combine booster packs with exclusive accessories, often themed on a store, a region or a game. They are sold mainly through Pokémon Center stores in Japan, which makes them a sought-after find for UK collectors. It was revealed in the official announcement of 13 June 2025 alongside matching boxes for Hiroshima and Fukuoka. The three boxes share the same format, so the regional Pikachu promo is what sets each one apart.

Read more about the set on the official Pokémon Card Game website (Japan).

A collection box is one of the best-value ways to pick up promo cards. You get guaranteed foil cards to keep, sealed packs to open and a box that looks great on display. It is an easy gift choice for birthdays and Christmas, and collectors often keep a second copy sealed.
