A Pokémon Center Japan special box

Pokémon Center Japan regularly releases special boxes and sets that combine booster packs with exclusive accessories, often themed on a store, a region or a game. They are sold mainly through Pokémon Center stores in Japan, which makes them a sought-after find for UK collectors. It was announced in June 2025 alongside matching boxes for Tohoku and Fukuoka and first sold in Japan by lottery through Pokémon Center Online. The three boxes share the same format, so the regional Pikachu promo is what sets each one apart.

Who the Japanese Hiroshima Special Box is for

Collection boxes are a great way to own a featured card without hunting for it in packs, and the booster packs add the excitement of opening on top. They make thoughtful gifts for fans of the featured Pokémon, and sealed collections look great on a shelf next to the rest of your Pokémon products.
