B28: the start of a new Masters series
B28 is the official set code for the first release in this series, which continues with B29, Fearsome Rivals, and B30, Three Glorious Fighters. Bandai runs two Dragon Ball Super card games: Masters is the original game with a card pool stretching back years, while Fusion World is the newer one, and they use different cards and rules.
