Before you contact us
Many answers are already on our product pages, which list what is inside each box, the language of the cards and common questions. If your question is about a specific product, include its name or a link so we can answer straight away.

How will you reply?
We reply by email to the address you enter in the form, so please check it is correct. If you do not see our reply, it is worth checking your spam or junk folder.
Do I need to give my phone number?
No. Your phone number is optional. It can help if we need to reach you quickly about an order, but we can answer every question by email.
Can I ask about a product you do not stock?
Yes. Tell us the game, set, language and type of product you are looking for, and we will let you know if it is something we can get.
What happens to my details?
We only use the details you send to reply to your message. You can read more about your data rights on the Information Commissioner’s Office website.
